Hey all, I just got this huma and he had a pretty large cyst from the start. It’s gotten a little bigger, and full of puss, which makes me think it’s healing.

Does anyone have any tips or advice for helping it out? Been trying to feed heavy and thinking of using some vitamin c on the food.

It really doesn’t look like ich. Can you think of other parasites it could be?

I’m no expert on fish diseases. I’ve seen bacterial infections look similar. I’ve never had the more lethal parasites before as far as I know, so I don’t feel qualified to venture guesses about them. There are others at BAR more knowledgable than I am.
