Hydros float switch now working - stuck to dry

Anyhow have successfully install a hydros float switch? I successfully install it, but regardless of the water level or the float position, it’s showing DRY. If i unplug the switch, it will show WET.

What am I doing wrong? I contacted hydros for support. Hoping someone have experience that can give some pointers.

Hydros support suggested flipping the float , and it works now.
