ID Please

I found this fella lurking on a rock in the back of the tank. My guess is GSP?

Yes, definitely okay to keep. Very easy to care for softy that isn’t invasive but does grow fairly fast. They can drop babies sometimes so I suspect that’s how it came in as a hitchhiker.

If you can find a way to chisel a small chunk of the rock out, that is what I would recommend. Alternatively, you can try and peel it off of the rock but getting it to re-attach can be a big pain. If you do that, you can 1) throw it in a mushroom box with some rubble, 2) cover it with tulle on a piece of rubble, 3) stick a toothpick through the base and rubber band the toothpick to some rubble or 4) tie it to some rubble with dental floss or string. I’m sure there are other methods but those are the common ones.
