Just tested the "IGNORE" button -- on BAR, it completely hides all posts from user who gets the function applied on. Not just blocking PM messages...

That would be mutually ignored. But if there is a post from an OP and an ignored party replies to a thread, it should say “show ignored content” or something like that.
