Installing net into frame

if anyone is in the Hayward area and you’d like to show me how DIY incapable I am that would be awesome. I’m trying to get the netting into the frame and it just ain’t happening. Net is cut , frame is cut and net is cut. I have the tools but I flat out suck so if anyone has a few mins that would be great

Is this the same stuff we used/did at Liz's (chromis) House? See the thread...if so you need that little tool to insert the rubber guide string in the frame groves to hold the netting. Looks like a pizza cutter, but wide and does not cut...it pushes down.
