Into the Reef Crest

What do you think happened? Flow off too long or epoxy chemicals if you used a ton?
I was told it could have been miasma. But honestly I couldn't say for sure. There was about 100 different things that were going on. Flow was on in the tank with a wave pump but not from the sump to display. I suspect that the high oxygen water from the sump irritated the corals that were in a low o2 environment in the display. I read in reef aquarium vol 1 (couldnt find the section sorry) that a rapid change in o2 can cause zoozenthella to expell. Again who knows right? The tanks fine now, took about a week to get back to normal but was on the right track after a day or so.

Picked up a few pieces from my friendly neighborhood coral dealer. Luke at wine country corals. Hes got some really cool pieces and at a realistic price. Anyway I dipped them and threw em in the tank. One acro bleached at some point, I didn't catch it until it was in the display. The rest are settling in fine. Blue tip gold indo torch, Oregon blue tort, RR rainbow loom, RR pink Cadillac and a Willy Wonka hammer aka holy grail hammer I guess. Did a count im up to 50 different species of coral. My wife hates me lol

Tanks doing well and I did a bunch of stuff so figured id share. I f'd up about a month ago and lost a couple fish. After realizing my mistake I adjusted a bit and things are off and sailing again. (I did not mix reefflux and added directly to the overflow. The powder did not go into solution, was clumpy and the two fish that stay out in the night died, from what I assume is consuming the large flakes of un dissolved flucanozole.) I added a kessil x360, apex and trident and an IM 10gal glass ato. The neptune equipment has been amazing to use so far, numbers are a bit off from my hanna and salifert tests, but trends are on point. The kessil and xr15 keep par at a very solid ~350 mid tank, except in the far corners and edges where it sits around 200(apogee par meter). Around 100 on the sand bed in the openly lit areas. Very pleased with the look and performance of the combo. The 40g breeder is temporary until I finish setting up the 150g, a stand and some work on the tank and within the next couple months, I will hopefully be starting a new tank thread for.
