Which one of this is used to dip and disinfect unhealthy/propogated coral?

Iodine 5% & Potassium Iodide 10%

Is it the same that is dosed weekly to the tank for soft coral?

I'm not sure on that. If you look up the lugols iodine I remember there being some threads that listed the chemical breakdown of it.

Ended up buying the 5% solution. Hope it's the right one...
