Is this a worm on my frogspawn?

Is this a worm of some sort on my frogspawn?
If so -should I be concerned
And if I should be concerned -how do I go about this.

It has not moved. But I have not poked it either.

I have a few of those on my rocks and frogspawn branch too. How do you kill it? Do you just crush it. Cut it? Use some type of chemical?

Dental tools are great
Hopefully you have a wrasse to eat the exposed flesh

Can superglue the hole opening as well if it's hard to reach with tools
