Is this snail broadcast spawning?

Realized I know nothing about snail reproduction today when I saw what I think is broadcast spawning. Attached a link to a clip. Any idea what it is?

Or stressed. Quite often in culturing bivalves, stress is used to induce spawning. Water changes did it for mine.

That'd make sense. This one was just added to the tank less than an hour or two before this video.
