Nice upgrade. That’s a good sized fuge. Be careful with the light right on top of the plastic lid. I’ve seen lights melt them.

I run my radions at 100% for the first 3 channels,
20% for next 3
Intensity at 100%. I have not checked the par levels. But i assume pretty high. It is indeed on the edge and I have the box slightly above the water level. To make less waves in the box. No lid.

You may never run into a problem if it hasn’t shown any sign of melting already. If you do want to do something you can just use a couple pieces of wood or something to raise it up an inch or so. For something more permanent you may want to look at cutting a hole in the lid a little smaller than the light. That would also benefit you by letting more light in.

Or use a piece of glass, but then again; you will need to clean the glass from time to time
