Kent Marine RO/DI unit tubing setup?

Does anyone have a unit similar to Kent Marine Maxxima 24 GPD RO/DI System? I got one from a fellow reefer this weekend and would like to set it up. But it seems that the tubing is miss configured. The other cylinders are not filling up some.

Can some one walk me through how the tubing should be configured. TIA ???
