Lrg. fish trap to borrow

Dory is getting a lil big for the tank and its time for her to go. She's bout 4" big. Anyone in SF or the peninsula have one I can borrow? Thanks! :)

I got one John, but I list the acrylic doors :( I haven't had time to go to Lowe's to have them cut the required 2 pieces.

I have an Aqua-Medic trap you can borrow, pickup tomorrow morning in town @ Roosevelt Beach? :D

Otherwise it's here and you can grab it or I can leave it on your doorstep..

Thanks for the offer Ramon. I'll just borrow Jeremy's.

Jeremy, sent PM. It's no fun going to HMB this time of the year because it's pumpkin season.

Joel wanted to make one... So I showed him how and it works 100%!

Buy a Pet Keeper:

Get 2 strings, some small rocks, rubber band and some fish food (for your tang I would get seaweed.

Tie one of the strings (long enough) to one end of the cage:
Tie other string on door (botton half) with a rubber band so you can add a Frag Peg to it for weight
Put some rocks in the side of the trap so it can dangle in the right direction
Put some seaweed in it with a clip

Dangle the trap in the tank and pull the other string to open the door.
Wait until tang goes in and release the trap string... :) Feast on the tang

I actually tried that when I was trying to catch my flame angel. He couldn't go in the the trap. The pet keeper that I purchased is too small for my tang so I can't try it this time. I ended up getting a trap from Jeremy. :) Thanks though!

PS. I also have this trap at home if anybody wishes to borrow it...

It's quite big and heavy and works well. But you need enough room at the bottom of your tank for it to work
