Well, seems I have such inhabitant in my tank, hear some clicking at night but comes from the back of the tank; have couple of snails left and can't find any hermits.
I might install a 90G I've been working on for a looooong time now instead of the 46 currently running (If I can fit the stand where the current one sits)
My wife and kids will be gone for four days and I might just have the right amount of time to surprise them (Merry Christmas to myself?).
It's a 90RR AGA, lights ATI PM 8XT5, ER CS 6-2+
Back to the mantis; it must have been so small when it came into my system because the current rock has been with me over two years and the extra pounds added were dry at some point.
If I catch the little guy I'll try giving it a home here for anyone interested in the amazing thumb splitter.

BTW I'll officially become a member soon and will try to attend some of the meetings; gas prices, economics and driving, besides being laid off and no job for the second time this year are no fun at all.
 
I thought I had a Mantis for the longest time, finally found the little shit and it was a pistol. He hasn't bothered anything in my tank, I hear the nightly click click clik when the lights go out but thats about all he does.
 
Forgive me for asking a stupid question, but what is a mantis? When I got my first tank, my 12g nano, I would hear clicking coming from my tank at night, I have never seen anything though.
