Yeah, you are right it's not the Tyree PL. Nice looking coral none the less. How far apart do you have your pieces spread. I'm nearing the limit in my tank.

I'm tight. maybe 5 inches, but I've tiered their placement level as best as I can. I have six more to place and trying to figure it out.

looks good. it was a funky frag, but tons of areas where it can sprout new branches. glad its doing good in your tank. should get fuzzier during most of the day.

Bake it in high par, mine sits at 400-450

Yeah- was sitting in just about 400. It’s moving soon to similar PAR. It’s more Millie like to me not the traditional PL coralites or structure

it was. i was able to take off the orginal plug and left a good chunk that was encrusting on the rocks. can see some nubs forming, but waiting for them to sprout out.

WWC definitely didn't ship you a PL, but a milli instead. Looks like they shipped you a rouge milli of some sort.

That will make it! I tried the same thing with my RR Mad Hatter. Teased me for a couple of months looking like the crust would make it, but woke to it gone one day.

Agree. It was only 40 bucks so they cut me a cert I never used.

BK Fruit loops is looking really good! The crack juice showing nice contrast and the Rainbow Rare darkened just a bit, but side view under AB+, the polyps showing color they didn't have when first arrived.

Lost the Solar Flare, but Jolt and Pretty in Pink looking so much better. Still hanging out in the bottom rear corner under a shade

Been a while since I posted - recent renovations include an avast kalk reactor from @svreef and a second DOS to feed it. I’ve had a single DOS for just Alk and calcium, so now the 2nd DOS is controlling Mag and Kalk.

really nice punch in pH, and dialing in Alk and calcium with the addition of Kalk took a week or so.
