It may be perceived inefficiency. I’m not there so I don’t know your personal situation but, it’s not in the contractor’s interest to be inefficient. It’s very common for a project to appear to be moving slowly towards the end since there’s no more big progress being made and it becomes more of the detailed work.Contractors these days are so freaking inefficient. If I had the same manpower, I would have been do me in no more than 3 weeks. Of course not counting the stucco.
