Lol, well it looks like we've gone and done it; our offer was accepted on a house in the Cambrian area of San Jose.
So probably mid July we'll be moving. Glad to have gotten all this great feedback now! I think the RO/DI unit will be the first thing I haul over when we get the keys, and then I can start making some water up.
Super excited, lots of space for my 90g tank to be set up in a nice prominent location.
A slab foundation also means that I have the capacity for future upgrades!
