Need help with plumbing a new tank

Hey BAR, I’m new to the area (San Jose 95131) and have been getting really Interested in reefing and have been educating myself for the past two years
I was able to get my hands earlier this year on a amazing 220g reef tank water tested fine. BC0E9A86-D301-4D81-A1C0-5D684A61BEA5.jpeg
I have all the equipment I need to get this up and running and atlease cycling with fish only for now.
I need to make a minor modification to my stand and then it’s ready for water.
Here is my problem. I personally don’t feel like I have the experience with plumbing and for some reason scared shitless to do it myself. I have all the materials needed based on my design. But don’t think I have the knowledge to do this task.

im curious if somebody would like to help a future reefer with this little plumbing project.

Second delema. This is going to be a fish only system at first but I think that I will be moving homes sometimes mid next year (April or May)
Should I just wait to set it up? Or would it be ok to get it up and Running I guess for 5/6months? Then set up the system again in the new home?
Help please!

+1 on the waiting, if this was a 20gallon nano or something, then not too big of a deal to get some instant gratification, but 220 gallons is no small feat to move even the tank itself, much less all the fish that you'll have in it. But you'll want a tank like that to be in the perfect place in your new house, and shouldn't rush a decision until you get a feel for the house... hell the tank may influence which house you move into ... I know it would mine "No space for my tank? Yeah not interested in this place"
