Need Some SPS Wisdom

Oops sorry I meant .5 (point 5) not .05. I am using the Nyos chem checker and its not as dark as the 1ppm but its not totally clear also so I'm calling it a .5. Sorry for the confusion.
Still low if your po4 is indeed 0.13. I would bump it(naturally) to above 1 and below 5. Also if you are not doing so yet I would put some good to bring down po4 a bit..
Do ICP to get a base line and make sure you do not have metal contamination or something.
Work on your salinity and its stability.

I put a mesh bag of 1 cup of Phosguard into sump sock last night and bumped salinity up to 1.025. Also added 10g of diluted sodium bicarbonate to bump up alkalinity a bit.

I am also dealing with a bubble/hair algae minor issue so was trying to keep nutrients low. If my nutrients are considered "low" what is the algae eating? My phos number is measured with a Hanna checker and Nitrate with Nyos chemical so reasonably confident in the accuracy of those two numbers.

If I were to bump up Nitrate "naturally" how else do I do that besides just feed more?

@ofzakaria I think I missed a word in your statement "Also if you are not doing so yet I would put some good to bring down po4 a bit.." Some good what.... the suspense is killing me ;-)

Ordered an ICP test kit from ATI last night so hopefully those results will shed some light on things.

Any other feedback based on the above is welcomed!

When my nitrates bottomed out, I used NeoNitro from Brightwell Aquatics. I dosed 1 ppm of nitrate every day until my nitrates were ~2-5 ppm and things recovered nicely. I also bought NeoPhos just in case my phosphates bottomed out but I never had to use it.

So sorry. I was referring to GFO.
