Hi All and welcome to my journal. I’ve been in the hobby for about 5 years now. I started my tank back in Feb. 2015. Since then it’s had its ups and downs. Mainly due to poor husbandry because I didn’t have time to take care of it. Then I had a large algae outbreak for a few months until I was able to get it under control. Unfortunately, I lost a lot of coral because of it and unstable parameters. I’ve also had bouts with aptasia which is currently being controlled with a peppermint shrimp.
For the past year I’ve been able to keep the tank pretty stable, and with SIP, it’s probably the best it’s ever been.

Inkbird Temperature controller
Manually dosing ESV B-Ionic 2-part.
Recently purchased an ApexEL but still need to install.
