I believe the opposite has happened here, actinics put out a light that is the kind that a camera's built in white balance presets are not calibrated for, cameras are programmed to handle your most typical lighting situations; daylight, shade, tungsten, fluorescent, etc. so the white balance has to be manually calibrated and most videos like this are not created by cinematographers so colors will typically look out of whack. Perfectly normal in this hobby lol
