It's a heavy tank between two people loaded one couple years back in the Suburban, to be safer than sorry, four people can lift the tank Should be 72x24x24.
I will have the Suburban seats folded. One thing I'm not sure is if the stand will fit too inside, I can accommodate a 4x8 plywood so there's plenty of room.
Oops you are right the 27th is Sat......then I can't make it, sorry Steinhart in the morning and then I have to take my parents to the chinese cemetary that day.
Does anyone have the suction cups that attach to glass tanks to make carrying easier? I'm still available for Saturday, but have a small car (might carpool from the east bay). Do you need any help moving the livestock?
Not looking good for me Eileen. I am probably going to have to be at work. Shoot me a pm with your address and i may be able to show up on the back end to help set it back up if you need it.
Cups are nice toys Ian but we handled it the old way, bare handed.
The tank sure will need lots of elbow grease, not to mention lots of vinegar; good thing Costco is a short drive away.
I wish Richard - the only that is stopping me from getting a tank 24"width is dining room seating on the other hand the hell with having dinner guests. - they can eat off tv trays ;D
