Just saw on the morning news. An oyster shucking and eating contest at a restaurant in the City Oct 6. I think it's 2 separate contests. See details at www.mccormickandkuletos.com I hear them calling Jeremy's name!
 
Well, I have been training quite a bit lately, I had 3 Blue Points and Kumamoto yesterday. I'm really not into the competitive eating thing though :p

Hey Jeremy, let me know the next time you can't resist stopping at Sams and I'll wing it over there and slurp a few. BTW, I'm getting my own Lantern Fish today....I needed something to fill in a blank area and your's looks so fine that I'm joining the tribe. hehe

I'm a Crab Landing guy, unless of course I'm gigging at Sam's (next Sunday) then I'll eat a few, but Crab Landing has a very good selection of oysters and I get a player price too ;)

Good on you for the Lanternfish, I need to book some chair time soon before surf season is in full swing and I need to get wet :) the sun needs to shine into the water.
