I have several frags of a plating Hydnophora available. They are trims off of a larger mother colony.
This is a hyper aggressive coral but thankfully it does not have sweeper tentacles. So far it has won every single battle it has been in and does not "co-exist" with others.
On the plus side it has a pretty colour, interesting texture and skeleton and fluoresces impressively under moon lights. I was told that this is the same hydnophora that is the 2 foot diameter colony at Steinhart.
Pickup at my place in North Berkeley or from my office in Sunnyvale on Tuesdays (and possibly other days).
