Please help to ID

While cleaning I see this in the back near oral disc of my Elegance.
Please help to ID it. It look like sponge but has a short soft tube.
I search/read the web, it does not look like Elegance Coral Syndrome (ECS) though I remember that the coral closed up for a day last week.
I fed mysis and it ate well last night.

Yes, indeed. I gladly just scrubbed it outside of the tank since it's easier.

Too bad that sponge will irritate the coral - great photo and sponge!
