Plumbing Internal Overflow Resource?

Hi Reefers,

I just bought a 120 gallon with an internal overflow box. There are 4 holes in the bottom of the box. I have 0 plumbing experience. What is the best resource for a start to finish plumbing how-to for a reef tank like this? I have looked online and there are a million things but nothing feels definitive if that makes sense.

Normally the bigger holes are down to the sump. The smaller holes are up to the aquarium.

Unless you have holes on the back wall of your aquarium for the up returns.

But yeah. Like Erin said. Pictures are better.

One small hole for return. One small hole for siphon drain. 2 large holes for trickle and emergency drains.
