Those 2 suggested products are good suggestions, plus a way to keep filament you aren’t using but has been opened dry, like a vacuum bag with desiccant (don’t know about the “too much” part)

No matter what I do I cant print petg on my ender 3. It's beyond frustrating. When I do get it to stick to the bed I get so bad stringing that the nozzle will pick part of it up and drag it everywhere. I can print PLA like a pro but cant figure out what's going on with petg. Maybe I just have a crappy spool of filament.

What’s your bed and hotend temp, and room temp? If it’s in. Garage, you need to contain the printer in a controlled box to stabilized temp/humidity
