Looks too much to me

Btw If you are in uncontrolled environment like garage, get a dry box for your filament instead of letting it exposed.

Yodelbox 302-3D Printer Filament Box - Spool Dispenser and Dry Storage Container Holder https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DX1V6MY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_Twv7FbER9GF4V

And some this

wisedry 50 Gram [6PACKS] Rechargeable Silica Gel Desiccant Packets Fast Reactivate Desiccant Bags Orange to Green indicating for Air Dryer Food Grade https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0781BN1BZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_cxv7FbAMNJQBJ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Those 2 suggested products are good suggestions, plus a way to keep filament you aren’t using but has been opened dry, like a vacuum bag with desiccant (don’t know about the “too much” part)

I picked this up, but it just got delivered yesterday afternoon, so I haven't used it yet.

No matter what I do I cant print petg on my ender 3. It's beyond frustrating. When I do get it to stick to the bed I get so bad stringing that the nozzle will pick part of it up and drag it everywhere. I can print PLA like a pro but cant figure out what's going on with petg. Maybe I just have a crappy spool of filament.

What’s your bed and hotend temp, and room temp? If it’s in. Garage, you need to contain the printer in a controlled box to stabilized temp/humidity
