We have had our possum wrasse in the UNS 45A for 4 days now, and it has freaked us out a few times!
Walk by the tank and PW is laying on it's side not moving..... *sigh* come back with the 'grabbers of death" and it is swimming around with the clowns.
Next day PW is laying against the wall not moving.... ok.... we will wait.... 30 minutes hasn't moved... *sigh* and get the "grabbers of death".... PW is swimming about giving us the eye.
it has done this a few times now, and we just pass it off as the possum wrasse playing possum. Most of the day it is in it's PVC tube, it comes out to eat once in a while. We are feeding it a mix of LRS reef frenzy, mysis, brine, TDO pellets, fresh chopped garlic, and Selcon.
So is this normal for Possum Wrasse?
