I started three buds at quarter inch size this week.

It seems to be doing fine, but on the first day this thin see through layer of film stretched from one side to the other. It went away though.

Thats how my piece is as well..........it sheds the film ....a few days without and then starts shedding all over again. I think thats pretty normal for this coral.

Mine did the shedding too but only once and it is now making itself bulkier.
