How do you request that? I’ve run into the same situation a couple times. Sometimes a delivery is important enough that if it means putting in a little leg work to get it it may be worth it. You should get a discount since they didn’t deliver it the whole way.

You can request is via their website to manage your packages. Fortunately for me I'm less than 10 minutes from the local delivery hub (not just retail store) and I was able to call in one time when I missed the request cutoff on the site.

I asked for it to be held at a hub, but fedex wont let the shipper due to high volumes and covid reasons.
