Recommendation for growing SPS corals using Red Sea ReefLED 90's?

I am using 3 Red Sea 90's and I'm just starting with coral. The lights come with 3 default settings and you can customize endlessly. Any tips for best setting for SPS corals?

I am not familiar with those lights. what size tank is it going to be on? i did find a brs article on it. hope it helps

Hi John, Lights are being used with a RS XL525 Reefer tank (140 gallons). Thanks for the reference to the BRStv video. You know they talk, and talk, and talk some more without simply getting to the point about which default setting might work for coral growth.
