Any drawbacks to this type? wider cutting blade/ring? than a bandsaw blade?

any burning?

looks like it cuts smooth as silk in the video

There are several blades available.
A slicer blade makes thin straight cuts like a band saw.
Other blades are wider but can cut in any direction
Like butter

It does not seem to have any parts that could rust easily.
SS and anodized aluminum and plastic.
Oh and diamonds.
so far no sign of rust.
