RODI - Aquatic Life - Membrane replacement issues

I am using the following membrane in an Aquatic Life RODI setup, which has been consistently showing good results since I bought this two years ago. https://a.co/d/8T02u1V

I replaced the membrane 12 months ago and wanted to replace it again. The new membrane - same item number etc - did not work as intented - very low pressure on the RODI line while higher pressure on the waste water line. Boster pump showed a 120 PSI while only above 80 PSI with the current membrane - Inserted it several times to ensure good fit.

Any suggestions for the reasons?

Given how quickly their customer support was eager to send a replacement without any attempt to troubleshoot, I assume this membrane had issues, and I am not the first to call.

The new membrane they sent has the same issues. Water pressure goes up dramatically, does not look right. This means probably buying a new RODI set. The old membrane still works. Disappointing.
