Those Home Depot HDX 27 gal containers are only $11.98. That's a great deal!

Costco has a similar container, I think about $3 bucks cheaper right now.
I used one to hold some corals and fish for some time and it did good; the only thing I would have done to "reinforce" it, was to stack two together and find some packing material to insulate between both containers a bit.
