Spectacular! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can't tell from the video what the white blob is on the fish's enlarged anterior dorsal fin that goes up from it's head (and I'm guessing that structure is a part of the dorsal fin). Could be a parasitic copepod, or possible some sort of cnidarian (anemone) catching a ride.a

I thought that thing might be a lure of some sort, like an angler.
