Scoly Color Changes?

Tending to my first scoly that I've had for a few months.

Took a look at it this morning and noticed my bleeding apple is starting to develop purple freckles. What are folks experiences with scolies changing color?

Not that I am complaining, of course. Just curious...

Quick shot... there are purple freckles starting to form, particularly in the red/orange bands. Hard to see in the pic but they are the darker spots.
