Skimmer Recomendations

Happy Holidays everyone!

I was hoping to get some skimmer recs for my new build. Im looking for an internal skimmer that can handle an SPS tank that would be medium/heavy stocked at a total of 160 gallons for purpose of water volume estimates.

the skimmer section in the sump is 10.5″ x 17.5″ and the water level is 9.5"

I am a fan of atb but been quite impressed with bubble Magnus currently running on a few tanks.
I have a curve 5 on my 40, and im thinking of getting the curve 9 for the 130. The Curve 9 is factory rated to 400 gallons, so i think it should be fine for a stocked up 130 display. Its also the best bang for the buck.

Curve 9 is beautiful on my 150 and curve 7 is on my 120. I am looking forward to hooking ozone to them to see how well they do. You can buy a 2nd hand for a great deal, too.

I have had good luck with Reef Octopus.
But if I was buying a new one, I would really consider one with a DC pump.
Reducing power and noise would be nice.

I've decided to go with the curve 9. the curve 5 i have is extremely quiet. quieter than my reef octopus 1000sxxx (or whatever) was.

At this point the aquamedic circulation pumps will be the loudest piece of equipment.
