Suggestions on lights

What’s up folks.

I bought my IM 40 second hand and it came with a maxspect razor that was pretty old already.

Probably gonna be window shopping the market for new lights and I just wanted to see what everyone’s favorite lights are.

I’m preferably looking into a light that has a mount that could hang on the back of my tank. The main light I’ve been considering is the reefbreeder photon v2.

I currently have a mixed reef, but I do want more SPS eventually.

What are you all using? What’s your dream light? What’s your budget light?

What kind of light do you like for you tank? Do you prefer a more daylight white or royal/dark blue?

I prefer blue so I went with a xr30 and added two led bars which are only 470nm blue and I love the way it makes the corals look.

When I had my Red Sea 170 which I believe is similar in size/dimensions to the Nuvo 40, I lit it with an Aiprime. It worked well, but I would want 2 or a bigger light for sps.

really depends on your scape. one xr30pro in the middle or two xr15pro on the sides for better coverage. you can add reefbrite addons for more pop and par down the line.
