Taking prize for mysterious fish death

Murphy's law -- as I was getting ready for a trip this morning, something went wrong with one of my systems.

The AIO was super cloudy...

I looked in and see my algae blenny inside.

I have absolutely no idea how that could have happened. I use an IM AIO tank that's pretty enclosed and inside my cabinet. Ugh.

Good thing i checked before heading out. Topping off my tank with fermenting fish water is probably not a path to success...

@jorahx beat this...

Nope. 1/4" tubing...and still attached to the pump, which is the mini pump that comes with the smart aqua ato

My guess is fish hopped out of the top somehow, and hopped its way along the wiring and tubes into the ATO.

One in a million shot

Riiight?? That would have been more plausible.

But, no on was home since we were all out... kid is 7 and too short. Wife avoids my office like the plague (separate from house)

I had just topped off the tank earlier in the day, and saw the algae blenny poking around the tank too. So wasn't going ro bother double checking that system

Just so happens i was checking up on a (failed) experiment fragging a st thomas shroom i was trying to save.
