TDS on RO

depends what your input is.

the carbon and sediment filters should be changed roughly every 6 months (depends upon usage), the RO membrane can last many many years, you should get roughly 95% less TDS on the output than input. So if you're getting 10ppm out, and you have roughly 200 ppm at the faucet I wouldn't worry at all. The DI resin should bring it down to 0ppm, so if it's less than 2ppm I wouldn't worry much at all.

Input reads 150, filters according to my brother are fairly new; can't recall exactly the age but he says they should not be due for change any time soon, he'll look for the receipt.

I pulled out a Kent Marine Maxima I had at home (which I'm not using ) to set it for the frag tank; this one does need filters; has been sitting in a closet for quite some time.
Good thing of going through aquarium stuff is finding little things; found two SP Liter Meter remote pumps.
