There is a lot of better uses. I’ve seen at least two garages in my neighborhood that have converted to a work out area.

Funny you mention that. I’ve been checking out chillers cause the apartment in general can get warm.
trying to figure it out at this point if it’s cheaper to just get a second window ac to cool the apartment or two chillers.
