Yeah as you know the resources out here aren't the best. So It's great knowing more people out this way. If only we could get a good fish store in modesto we would be set lol.

The only place I've seen or heard good things about out this way is Twins Aquarium in Stockton, which is unfortunately still a little bit of a drive for you.

Regarding copying over his journal: I hope you will continue his balling light dosing approach (before everyone else here talks you into using Kalkwasser…haha). If you do, let me know if you need help, since he and I are probably the only members who use this type of major and minor element dosing.

Thank you! He had nothing but great things to say about you, I defiantly would like to keep in his footsteps as the tank is doing pretty well and I wouldn't want to rock the boat. As the saying goes If it ain't broke then theres no need to fix it right?

I just realized the "Journal" is a thread about your tank hahahah, I was thinking it meant like actually having a notebook and writing down all his tips and tricks (which I'm planning to do anyways)

Oh yeah it really is one of the only places for equipment but nothing compared to shops in the bay. I actually just left there as I needed new sand.

Well hello all! The move to @Bigfish is complete! We moved everything over yesterday. As hard as it was to let it go, I'm glad you all will be here to continue helping him grow this tank as you all helped me. Now I will be concentrating on getting ready for my families move to Portugal. I'm going to miss all of this and though I was never able to attend a frag swap, I did meet many of you picking up PIF and what an amazing group of people with a wealth of knowledge that helps make this hobby easier.
