Triton ICP slow?

Anyone else experiencing issues with Triton?

@boun11 mailed one for his tank on my account that ARRIVED at triton last Thursday on the 18th. My own test arrived at their lab on Monday.

Still no results for either one. Maybe time to start looking for alternatives, they used to be really fast but this is twice now where it’s taken way too long IMO.

Daymn hella long. I forgot all about Boun’s test. He’s really waiting on the results too. They sure dropped the ball.

I sent mine out to them on Tuesday 07/23, they haven't received it yet.

The transit time for them to receive it has been typical (2-4 days) but once they get it, it takes forever lately to get the result back.

I emailed them today, I'll let you know if I get a response.

My wild guess from connecting the information Claude provided me is that there has been a significant increase in demand for ICP testing (which is why they are about to triple their capacity).

Adding machines alone will not manage the workload but you also need qualified staff to perform the work which need to be trained etc.

I am not sure they will provide an honest response to your follow up, but since Triton has been a popular and respected ICP provider for some time, I am sure they are seeing an equal or bigger increase in demand as well.
