My Tunze 8850 crapped out about a week ago. I reached out to Tunze and they sent a replacement right away. No hassles! No Runaround! Over the past few years, I am rethinking my strategy on purchasing equipment. Do I choose a company with the "best" product or a company that stands behind their product. Sometimes you can't have both. **cough** Ecotech.

I had one of my Ecotech MP40s malfunction shortly after purchase and after one call they sent a replacement no issues.

Roger is one of the best when it comes to customer service. Their 5 year warranty is hard to beat. I just send the SN and its at my door in 3 days.

Glad you were able to experience the same.

Roger is the USA rep. He’s been doing it for as long as I can remember. He’s the man. Back in the day. He use to fix tunze equipment if it broke. He fixed my ato in the early 2000’s for like 40 dollars. I posted on reef central saying my ato broke. He was like send it to me. His customer service is second to none.
