Water flow for a 14g

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some water flow for my 14g. The water line is very high, so looking for a small powerhead of some sort.
What's recommended? I've always been a fan of MP10's (might be too much flow) or the Red Sea Gyres (also too much flow).

Just keeping mushrooms/chalices/zoas and some euphyllia so nothing crazy is needed.

Any suggestions?

I have a 13.5 and use this. Nice and small, easy to clean, and has a controller.
