What are these?

Once in awhile I'll scrape these off of the bottom of the zoa frags. I notice today that my sump is full of them. What are they and how do I get rid of them if not tank friendly?

Pineapple sponge most likely. Harmless.

Sponge or tunicates
Part of you biological filter
