Branching psammocora?I was luckily able to make it with 20 minutes before closing time. I brought my 11 year old daughter and her friend. I told them to find their favorite coral (in the past this has been expensive). This time she found this large green coral. Not even sure what species, but for $20 I’m willing to give it a try!
Check the splatter nub from me, the other grown baby I have has that same little hint of gold. Hard to capture on camera thoughGot a splatter hammer with some gold on the tentacles and a pink/green/orange echinata:

It’s ok bro, they’ll be plenty of events in the future! It was nice seeing you!I went in with a budget of $100, ended up spending $135. Not bad lol.
I picked up:
1.) Bizarro Cyphastrea
2.) Golden Rod Anacropora
3.) CB Maleficent Acro
4.) Yellow Favia
5.) Purple Stylo
I regret not spending more time talking with and meeting other BAR members, I was paralyzed by the task of coral selection. Lots of cool stuff!

Shoot, 1, 2, and 5 basically are weeds in the club now! It's hard to keep track of all of these, but the longer you're here, the easier it gets. You'll see at the swap next month, but good on you keeping a budget. I did the same bringing limited cash even though I definitely wanted one of those walking dendros from one booth and a Wilsoni at another.I went in with a budget of $100, ended up spending $135. Got a Scoly and a chunky Garf Bonsai from Tin/Coral Exotic. LPS contest prize helped with that purchase.
Also got an aquacultured hologram hammer from Rudy/Golden Basket Corals. Not fully open yet so no pic, but it's nice.

Ooof! Good to know. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the Feb swap (gotta go to a baby shower). I'll make the next one though!Shoot, 1, 2, and 5 basically are weeds in the club now! My son and I argued about these walking dendros for 10 minutes and decided against it as he did not want them eventually. They sounded cool too me but he is the expert and needs to feed them. Any issues with keeping them in general?Shoot, 1, 2, and 5 basically are weeds in the club now! It's hard to keep track of all of these, but the longer you're here, the easier it gets. I think just making sure the coral doesn't get stung by anything while the peanut worm wanders around in the sand.My son and I argued about these walking dendros for 10 minutes and decided against it as he did not want them eventually.
