Whats the hip 250 watt, 10 K ish bulb?

I returned the bulbs from marinedepot (or will on Monday), but got new ones from hello lights. They did the same thing, so I gave them a call (I also called them before I ordered and they said they bulbs will work on the ballast). When they arrived, they fired unreliably, so I call hellolights. They told me that this did happen and I needed to run the bulb for 4 or 5 hours, then give it u to 20 minutes to fire.
I was extremely skeptical, but today the bulbs fired up (one took about 10 minutes), so well see what happens tomorrow.
