Where can I buy big clownfish?

Hey guys,

I've been looking to buy an adult Ocellaris or True Percula Clownfish over 3-4 inches, but can't find them anywhere. Clownfish are among my favorite and I would like to buy a big one now rather than wait years for one to grow.

Not sure how much of the market is wild caught anymore, and no breeder is going to hold onto clownfish that long, and there probably is relatively high turn over rates in stores which means you get young ones. Now you might be able to make offer if you see them in a tanks display, but almost guaranteed they won't be for the same price that they sell for in the tanks. I mean hell mine are in that 3-4" range and I've had them 4 years or so. And no I won't sell mine because it'd break the heart of my kid
