White marking on anthia

Can anyone identify what this might be on the anthia ? Fluke maybe -looks like an “open sore” -sorry for the lousy pic

Fish seems to be doing ok though..

Sorry to make light of your situation - I have not had much luck with Anthias myself, and stopped trying. They always seem to have some issue, and just aren't very robust fish. And there's always an asshole among them.

And when that asshole isn't there, one turns into it.

When we'd import Ventralis, if someone turned on the lights at night, we'd have a few die. We'd black out the tanks at the end of the day to avoid that.

So far there are only two and not assholes yet. If they stick around long enough we will see. I haven’t had anthias in a long time and I can’t recall how long the last ones stayed around for. If these go belly up then I will prob give up on them.

Probably bacterial then. Uronema looks more like a red sore that erupts later.
