Who do I talk to about my membership? I have the receipt but my account says it expired.

I have the PayPal receipt, but I got a note from Barcode that my membership expired. It was an automatic payment.

BTW: I know it says contact someone on BOD, has a link but that link to the list doesn't give me permission to view. And I guess I can just look on forums until I find someone on the BOD... but in case there's a specific person that handles this, please let me know. I have tons of stuff to give away / sell.
